The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different email addresses, usernames, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update your Account details promptly should any information change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. JomGoWin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you personally.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify JomGoWin immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending a security review.
By using the JomGoWin Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage terms:
JomGoWin reserves the right to monitor Platform usage and investigate any activity that it reasonably suspects constitutes a breach of these Terms. Confirmed breaches may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (where permitted under applicable law and licence conditions), and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without JomGoWin's express prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of JomGoWin's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JomGoWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or connected to a User's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even where JomGoWin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JomGoWin's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JomGoWin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. JomGoWin will endeavour to notify Users of planned maintenance windows in advance.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose money placed as wagers on JomGoWin. Please bet only what you can afford to lose. JomGoWin accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
JomGoWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account, with or without prior notice, where JomGoWin has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or licence conditions.
Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law and licence conditions. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure.
Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting JomGoWin support. Any Real Money Balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements.
JomGoWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JomGoWin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's notification system or via email to the address registered on the User's Account.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may close their Account as described in Section 12 above.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which JomGoWin holds its international gaming licence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through JomGoWin's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. JomGoWin operates an internal dispute resolution process — Users are encouraged to first raise any complaint with our support team before initiating formal proceedings.
